Trip of a Lifetime

A Diving we will Go!!!!!

I recently had a chance to do a wee bit of scuba diving in Sipadan, Kapalai and Mabul off Sabah Island. Basically we took the boat from Semporna to Sipadan (about half an hour away with 300-400 horsepower behind us) in the morning and dive our way at the neighbouring islands and coral garden area within its vicinity. After a short break at the island -had our fill of local delicacies, a bunch of us headed to the South Point, probably one of the top dive sites in the world.

I lost count of the white tip reef sharks resting at the bottom but the icing on the cake was the encounter with a six foot tiger shark - Whoooaaaaa Boy!!! LOL. Imagine that. We had some great time looking up at the Swirlling Barracudas (will try to post some of the pictures here, if there's any request :-)) Giant Napolean wrasse, too many turtles to count and squids + octopus towards the shallows of the dive.

The food was good, the weather warm but heck, who's complaining.
